E-Itou Curry Hiragishi Main Store

Visited on weekend during lunch time, we were promptly seated at the counter. One of the staff was able to communicate in english, she helped to explain the menu. All the staff were friendly and smiling. We ordered the chicken curry rice with spice curry. With level 4 spice. This curry is different from the usual Japanese curry, it is a fusion of Japanese and maybe indian curry. The food itself is very nice and spicy. Spice tolerance is subject to individual, those who cannot take spicy food can still go for the non-spicy or low spice level options. Overall very good experience at this restaurant.

I had ordered curry for delivery several times as I could confirm no meat was included in the vegetable curry. The curry was quite tasty. Satisfied except for the last time when I found chunks of meat in the vegetable curry. So, confirmation is needed for vegetarians and vegans.

삿포로에서 수프카레, 규카츠에 상처 받았지만.. 이곳 카레집으로 대만족했습니다! 맵기도 한국인이면 맵기 4단계가 신라면 정도라 생각합니다. 여러분들도 오셔서 꼭 드셔보세여! 유명해져도 좋을 맛집! 무수카레 맵기 4단계, 밥 양 보통, 야채 추가해서 먹었습니다. 닭다리 올라가 있는 것은 삿포로 향신료 카레 였습니다! 밥 양 특대, 맵기는 7단계(불닭 살짝 아래?) 사이드로 돈까스, 가라아게도 추가해서 수정합니다! (겁나 맛잇음)

This is my favorite curry place in Sapporo. The curry spice here is quite complex and enjoyable. Try their waterless curry dishes or traditional chicken leg dish. Price is reasonable and you will want to come back again for more. Highly recommended and we come at least one or two times a month. Only got two parkings so come early. Some people just park on the street during busy hours though not recommended.

I met a new high end standard gourmet curry restaurant by chance. I had my highlights, but this e-Itou curry restaurant exceeded all my previous " the bests". The no added water gourmet curry is so great, that I couldn't taste the other types of curry what is it made at this great restaurant. I order the same, because of that " love of first sight " experience can't let to diminish in any way. I can't go every day there, but I'm thinking every day ( especially before lunch time) about e-Itou curry cooking masterpieces. Every plate of curry there is a culinary art, a really delicious one. No matter Asian or Western taste preferences; in this restaurant almost everybody becomes a genuine addict of the e-Itou curry gourmet restaurant. Excellent and sensitive service as well, what in this busy world is a rarity a precious rarity.
